AI Agent
Paste these on the AI Agent tab. If a prompt is about one slide, select that slide first. About the AI Agent
Executive summary from the deck
Read slides 2 to 9 and add an executive summary as a new slide 2. Start with the recommendation in one sentence, then give three supporting points with one figure each, taken from the deck. Keep it under 60 words and use the layout of the current title-and-content slide.
Name the slide range so the agent works from the right content.
Steering committee status
Update slide 5 for Thursday’s steering committee. Status by workstream: data migration on track; training at risk because two trainers are missing, decision needed by 15 March; go-live planning on track. Add a traffic-light column and a “Decisions needed” box at the bottom. Keep the existing table and colors.
Spell out risks and dates instead of letting the agent guess them.
Action titles for the whole deck
Rewrite every slide title as an action title: one full sentence of no more than 15 words that states the takeaway. Do not change any other text. List the old and new titles in your reply.
The list in the reply makes the changes quick to review.
Replace chart data
Replace the data in the bar chart on slide 7 with the table below. Keep the chart type, colors and axis formatting, and change the source line to “Source: Finance controlling, Q3 2025”. Region | Q2 | Q3 North | 4.2 | 4.8 South | 3.1 | 3.4 West | 2.7 | 3.0
Paste the numbers as a table; you can copy a range straight from Excel.
Reorder the deck by storyline
Reorder the slides so the deck follows this storyline: situation, complication, recommendation, next steps. Move the appendix slides to the end, behind a divider slide titled “Appendix”. Do not delete any slides.
Turn a bullet list into a process
Turn the bullet list on slide 4 into a five-step process from left to right. Use the wording of the bullets as step names and add one short explanation under each step. Build it from editable shapes in our CI colors and keep the slide title.
Org chart after a reorganization
Update the org chart on slide 12: Sales and Marketing now report to one Commercial Director, Anna Weber. Customer Service moves from Operations to Commercial. Keep the box style and connectors, and highlight the changed boxes in our accent color.
New slides from a brief
Create three new slides after slide 6 from the attached project brief: objectives, scope and timeline. Use layouts from the current master, no more than four bullets per slide, and mark open points with [TBD].
Attach the brief first: + in the message box, then Upload or add files.
Translate slides with fixed terms
Translate slides 3 to 5 into German. Keep product names and the terms “go-live” and “steering committee” in English. Where the German text gets longer than its box, shorten it instead of reducing the font size.
For a plain copy in another language, the Translate tool on Home is quicker.
Final check before sending
Check the whole deck before it goes to the client: inconsistent number formats, different spellings of company names, titles that wrap onto two lines and text that runs out of its box. Fix what you can without changing the content, and list what needs my decision.
AI Creative
Send these in the AI Creative chat to design a new slide. About AI Creative
Project kickoff
Create a kickoff slide for the client project team. Key message: we agree the goal before we start. Three steps in a row: align on the goal, build the team, plan the first 90 days. Use simple PowerPoint shapes in the master colors, no photos.
Simple shapes pay off when the slide will be edited a lot afterwards.
Market overview for the board
Create a market overview for the board. Title: “Three segments drive 80% of our growth”. Show Logistics, Retail and Healthcare with three figures each: market size 2025, growth rate and our share. Use placeholders like [xx%] for every figure. Clean card layout with a grayscale cutout of a container ship.
Let offgen set placeholders and enter the checked figures yourself.
Roadmap on one slide
Create a roadmap for the next four quarters with three swimlanes: Product, Sales and Operations. Two or three milestones per lane, short labels only. Use the current slide’s design as the reference and keep the logo and footer.
Choose “Current slide design” at the top of the window for this one.
Before and after
Create a before-and-after slide for a process improvement. Left: today’s order process with 7 handovers and 12 days of lead time. Right: the target process with 3 handovers and 4 days. Put a natural-color cutout of a warehouse worker on the right and keep everything else flat.
One clear message
Create a slide with a single statement: “We will be cash-positive in 2026.” Add one supporting line underneath and a large grayscale cutout of a compass as the visual metaphor. No bullets.
Project team introduction
Create a slide that introduces the five-person project team: name, role and one line on each person’s focus. Calm grid, simple role icons instead of photos, master colors.
KPI tiles for the monthly meeting
Create a slide with four KPI tiles for the monthly management meeting: revenue, EBIT margin, order intake and headcount. Each tile shows the value, the change against last month and a small arrow. Placeholders for all values, airy layout.
Refine a first draft
Keep the layout and all wording. Make the picture smaller, move it to the right third and give the three cards more room.
Send this as a follow-up in the same chat once the first draft is there.
AI Alternative
AI Alternative needs no prompt to start. Use these after choosing Generate another picture. About AI Alternative
As a timeline
Show this slide as a horizontal timeline with the milestones in date order. Keep all wording and dates.
As a 2x2 matrix
Arrange the options on this slide in a 2x2 matrix: impact on the vertical axis, effort on the horizontal axis. Keep the option names exactly as they are.
Less text, more structure
Turn the text into three cards with an icon each. One heading and no more than two short lines per card. Keep the slide title.
Options side by side
Show the two options side by side, with the same criteria in each column and the recommended option highlighted.
With a visual metaphor
Keep the structure and add a grayscale cutout of a bridge on the right as a visual metaphor. Leave all text unchanged.
Lead with the key figure
Make the key figure the focus of the slide: 23% in large type at the top, with the three drivers below it. Keep the source line.

Workshop photo
A team of four in a bright meeting room working at a whiteboard full of sticky notes, natural daylight, candid, no logos and no readable text.
Generate image: style Photo, aspect ratio 16:9 for a wide picture strip.
Abstract title background
Abstract flowing lines in dark green and white, plenty of empty space on the left for a title, calm and minimal.
Generate image: style Minimal, aspect ratio 16:9.
Supply chain illustration
Isometric illustration of a factory, a truck and a warehouse connected by a dotted line, flat colors, white background.
Generate image: style Illustration or 3D render.
Concept image for risk
A tightrope walker between two tall office buildings at dusk, seen from below, realistic.
One strong image carries a statement slide better than several small ones.
Handover icon
Two hands passing a document from one to the other, simple line icon, no text.
Generate icon: style Outline, then pick one of your accent colors.
Data protection icon
A shield with a small padlock in the center, easy to recognize at 24 pixels.
Generate icon: keep the description to one object.

Client: mid-sized logistics company. Challenge: 18% of deliveries late. What we did: new route planning and dispatch rules. Result: late deliveries down to 6% within four months. No more than two lines per section.
Workshop agenda
Workshop agenda from 9:00 to 13:00: welcome and goals, current-state review, prioritization, break, action plan, wrap-up. Add the owner for each item: Maria, Tom or all.
Project team
Project team: Sarah Klein, engagement lead; Jonas Brandt, data analyst; Mia Ortiz, change manager; Felix Hahn, sponsor on the client side. One line on each person’s focus.
Write a good prompt
- Say who it's for. "For Thursday's steering committee" gives a different slide than "for the client kickoff".
- Bring the facts. Give figures, names and dates yourself. If you don't have them yet, ask for placeholders such as [xx%].
- Say where. Name the slide number or range, or select the slide or object before you send.
- Say what must not change. Layout, title, wording, chart formatting, brand colors.
- Set limits. Number of bullets, words per title, number of slides.
- Change one thing at a time. Start with a draft, then ask for one change per message in the same chat.
