About the role

You help build offgen's presence online and make our story reach the right audience. As our Working Student in Social Media, you'll create content, manage channels, and experiment with formats to grow our community and brand awareness.

Your responsibilities

• —Content Creation: Develop engaging posts, graphics, and short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• —Channel Management: Plan and schedule content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
• —Analytics: Track performance metrics and derive insights to improve content strategy.
• —Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of product launches, events, and employer branding campaigns.
• —Trend Monitoring: Stay current on social media trends, AI topics, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.

Your profile

• —Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• —First hands-on experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional).
• —Creative eye for visuals and a feel for engaging copy.
• —Organised and reliable — you hit deadlines and follow through.
• —Fluent in German and English.
• —Enthusiasm for technology, startups, and AI.
