About the role

You design, build, and ship software that powers offgen's platform. As a Software Engineer, you'll work across the stack to deliver reliable, scalable features and contribute to a codebase built for long-term quality.

Your responsibilities

• —Feature Development: Build new product features end-to-end, from design through deployment.
• —Code Quality: Write clean, tested, and maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews.
• —System Design: Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions as the product evolves.
• —Debugging & Reliability: Investigate and resolve production issues quickly and thoroughly.
• —Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to ship cohesive user experiences.

Your profile

• —2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• —Strong fundamentals in at least one backend or frontend language (e.g. TypeScript, Python, Go).
• —Experience with modern web frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
• —A product mindset — you care about what you build, not just how.
• —Good communicator who can articulate trade-offs and ask the right questions.
• —Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
