About the role

You own the customer journey from day one, guiding each client through onboarding, ensuring they get real value from offgen's product, and staying by their side as their needs evolve. This is a hands-on customer success role that combines relationship management with problem-solving and deep product expertise.

Your responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Lead new clients through a structured onboarding process, from contract signature to full product adoption.
  • Customer Success Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, proactively managing health, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer problems quickly, coordinating with product and engineering teams when needed.
  • Relationship Maintenance: Build long-term trusted relationships with key stakeholders to drive retention and expansion.
  • Customer Advocacy: Collect feedback, surface insights to internal teams, and help shape the product roadmap based on real customer needs.

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly with a range of stakeholders.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and escalating when needed.
  • Excellent communication in German and English.
  • Interest in AI, software, or B2B technology products.
