offgen is building the next generation of AI-powered productivity tools for consulting and finance teams, starting with PowerPoint. About the role

You work directly with the founders and take ownership across offgen's key growth areas: Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success. You'll help build the business from close range and take real responsibility from day one.

Your responsibilities

• —Sales & Business Development: Support customer conversations, demos, and the development of sales channels.
• —Marketing & Growth: Work on campaigns, market analyses, and communication strategies.
• —Operations & Structure: Build, optimise, and document internal processes and tools.
• —Customer Success & Beta Testing: Accompany pilot programmes, gather product feedback, and develop FAQs and decision templates for founders and investors.
• —Strategic Projects: Prepare presentations and strategic documents for founders and investors.

Your profile

• —Studies in Business, Management, Communication, or a technical field.
• —First experience in startups, consulting, or business development is a plus.
• —Analytical mindset and structured way of working.
• —Pragmatic working style: you turn topics into action instead of leaving them stuck in discussion.
• —Strong communication skills in German and English.
• —Genuine interest in technology, AI, and modern software products.
