About the role

You own the full sales cycle for offgen's AI product, from first outreach to signed contract. You'll build relationships with enterprise clients, understand their workflows deeply, and demonstrate how offgen's technology creates real business value.

Your responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target verticals.
  • Enterprise Sales: Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Customer Relationships: Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and champions within prospect accounts.
  • Market Feedback: Relay customer insights and objections to the product and marketing teams to sharpen positioning.
  • Revenue Goals: Own and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally in an AE role.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical buyers.
  • Self-starter with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Genuine excitement about AI and its potential to transform industries.
