About the role

You work directly with the founders and take ownership in the key growth areas of offgen — Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success. You'll be involved in building the business from close range and have real responsibility from day one.

Your responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Support customer conversations, demos, and the development of sales channels.
  • Marketing & Growth: Work on campaigns, market analyses, and communication strategies.
  • Operations & Structure: Build, optimise, and document internal processes and tools.
  • Customer Success & Beta Testing: Accompany pilot programmes, gather product feedback, and develop FAQs and decision templates for founders and investors.
  • Strategic Projects: Prepare presentations and strategic documents for founders and investors.

Your profile

  • Studies in Business, Management, Communication, or a technical field.
  • First experience in startups, consulting, or business development is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset and structured way of working.
  • Hands-on mentality — you act before you discuss.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Genuine interest in technology, AI, and modern software products.
