## Security is built into how offgen is designed and operated.

Teams use offgen for materials with high protection requirements: investor materials, board presentations, client proposals, and internal strategy documents. Our infrastructure is designed for those requirements.

From the processing of PowerPoint masters to data storage and routing, every layer is designed to keep content private, isolated, and controllable.

## Security at every layer.

- **Encryption at every layer**: All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Your presentations and brand assets are protected from the moment you upload them to the final output.
- **No model training on your data**: We do not use presentations, master files, or company content to train AI models. Customer intellectual property remains under customer control.
- **EU data residency**: All data is stored and processed within the European Union. offgen is built in Europe for GDPR-compliant processing and EU data residency.
- **Isolated workspaces**: Every organisation runs in its own fully isolated environment. There is no data leakage between tenants, meaning your brand assets and content are never accessible to other customers.
- **Role-based access control**: Admins can set granular permissions across teams. You decide who can create, edit, or publish presentations and who gets access to which brand masters.
- **Audit trail**: Every action in offgen is logged. IT and compliance teams get full visibility into who did what and when, across every workspace and slide.
