Upload your company master once. Your teams ask the assistant they already use, and offgen writes the slides into your approved layouts and returns a normal, editable .pptx. The managed service and its standard LLMs are hosted in the European Union, and your files are not used to train models by default. ## Works with the assistant you already run MCP is the open connector standard these assistants use to call outside tools. If yours supports MCP connectors, it can call offgen. There is no plugin to install and nothing new for your teams to learn. ## Three steps, and one of them is yours. Your admin completes the first step once. After that, your teams stay in the assistant they already use. 1. Upload a master: Your admin uploads your .potx or .pptx. offgen reads its layouts, placeholder types, theme colors and fonts, and follows the same master → layout → shape inheritance PowerPoint does. 2. Send the request: Your teams ask their assistant in the words they would use with a colleague. Nothing changes about how they work. 3. Receive native PowerPoint: The result is a .pptx that opens in PowerPoint with your layouts, placeholders and theme intact. Generation typically takes under 15 seconds per slide. It is a first draft: check the wording and numbers, not the formatting. ## Your layouts. Your brand. A real .pptx. One admin uploads your master and connects offgen once. Nothing changes for your teams except that the assistant they already use can now hand back a finished PowerPoint file. - **Your layouts**: Composes from the layouts in your master and selects the right one for each part of the story. - **Your theme and fonts**: Uses the fonts, theme colors, logos and visual language defined in your master. Nothing is redrawn or approximated. - **Real placeholders**: Text lands in the layout's own placeholders rather than floating text boxes. Master, layout and shape inheritance work the way PowerPoint expects. - **A normal PowerPoint file**: Theme fonts, a populated outline view and editable shapes. Not a PDF, a flattened image or a grid of free text boxes. ## Add offgen to the agent you already use. Your admin adds offgen where you manage your other connectors. Each organization currently receives one key, issued to the admin and revocable at any time. Per-user attribution is on the roadmap. Your admin pastes this JSON into the connector settings. Nobody needs to write or run code. Hosting, sub-processors, retention and deletion are explained below. ## The questions your security officer will ask first. - **ISO 27001 certified**: Our information security management system is independently audited and certified against ISO/IEC 27001. We operate under GDPR. - **Hosting and standard LLMs in the European Union**: Your master, briefs and generated decks are stored and processed in the European Union. The standard language models used by the managed service are also hosted in the EU. - **No customer-data training by default**: Presentations, master files, prompts and company content are not used to train AI models by default. Your intellectual property stays yours. - **Encrypted in transit and at rest**: We use TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. This is not end-to-end encryption: offgen decrypts your master in order to read its layouts. - **What the key can and cannot do**: The current key is scoped to one organization, issued to an admin and revocable at any time. It does not yet identify individual users. Per-user attribution is on the roadmap. offgen.ai is operated by Aithera GmbH in Munich. Controls, sub-processors and the DPA are available in the trust center . ## What you get today, and where it is still weak. - **How you start**: There is no self-service signup yet. Your admin receives an organization-scoped key and direct access to the engineers building the product. - **What it costs**: Licensing is agreed per company rather than published per seat. Pricing depends on company size and generation volume. - **Where it is weakest**: offgen always uses a layout from your master and places text in real placeholders. It can still select the wrong layout. You can change that choice without rebuilding the slide. Wording and numbers always need a human review. ## Start with your own master. Send us your master and we will show what the agent can and cannot fill. You do not need to be the administrator to get started.
