# Which tool should I use?

Pick the offgen tool that fits your task, from a full deck to a single icon.

Each tool does one job. Start from what you want to end up with.

Admins choose which Home tools their team sees. If a tool is missing, see [Troubleshooting](/docs/troubleshooting#a-tool-or-tab-is-missing).

## Close calls

* **Workflow or AI Agent:** a workflow builds a new deck from your company's master. The AI Agent changes the deck you have open.
* **AI Creative or AI Alternative:** AI Creative designs a slide that does not exist yet. AI Alternative keeps the content of an existing slide and changes how it looks.
* **AI Agent or Translate:** Translate makes clean copies in one step. Use the AI Agent when only some text should change or terms must stay fixed.
