# Deploy the add-in

Install offgen for your users from the Microsoft 365 admin center.

With centralized deployment, offgen appears in PowerPoint for the users you choose, without each person installing it.

## Deploy to your organization

### Open Integrated apps

Sign in to the [Microsoft 365 admin center](https://admin.microsoft.com) and go to **Settings → Integrated apps**.

### Find offgen

Select **Get apps**, search for **offgen.ai** and select it.

### Choose the users

Choose who gets the add-in: **Entire organization** or **Specific users/groups**. Start with a pilot group if you want to test first.

### Finish the deployment

Select **Accept permissions**, review the details and select **Finish deployment**. offgen then appears on the PowerPoint **Home** tab for those users. It can take several hours before it shows up everywhere.

> **People still need an offgen account**
>
> Deploying installs the add-in, not the account. [Invite your users](/docs/admin/members) in offgen before they sign in, so they join your organization. Someone who signs up without an invite gets a separate personal organization.

## Choose what the add-in shows

New organizations start with a slimmer add-in. Owners and Admins change it under [Settings → Add-in](https://app.offgen.ai/settings) at app.offgen.ai. The settings apply to everyone in the organization.

| **Workflows in the add-in** | **Hide workflows in the add-in** is on. Home shows a chat box for the [AI Agent](/docs/agent) instead of the workflow list. |
| **Home tools**              | Generate image, Generate icon, Logo search and [CI Check](/docs/ci-check) are hidden. All other tools are shown.            |

Organizations that existed before these defaults keep the workflow list and every tool.

## If you can't deploy centrally

Users can install offgen themselves when your Microsoft 365 settings allow user-installed add-ins. Send them [Install the add-in](/docs/getting-started/get-the-add-in).
