# Billing

Understand the trial, choose a plan and manage your subscription.

Billing belongs to the organization: one plan covers every seat in it.

## Trial

An organization you create yourself at app.offgen.ai starts with a 14-day trial. It doesn't turn into a paid plan on its own. When it ends, people in the organization see **Your access has ended** until an Owner or Admin chooses a plan.

## Choose a plan

1. Open [Billing](https://app.offgen.ai/settings/billing).
2. Under **Choose a plan**, pick **Core** or **Professional** and a billing interval: **Monthly** or **Yearly**.
3. Complete the checkout.

For **Enterprise**, select **Contact us**. If offgen set up your contract directly, no plan list appears; [contact us](/en/contact) to change your plan.

In the add-in, **Choose a plan to continue** means your organization has no active plan yet. See [Troubleshooting](/docs/troubleshooting#choose-a-plan-to-continue).

## Manage your subscription

On [Billing](https://app.offgen.ai/settings/billing), **Manage subscription** lets you update payment details, view invoices or cancel. **Invoices** lists past receipts and invoices.

## When access ends

If the trial or subscription is no longer active, your workflows, templates and brand settings stay stored. Access returns as soon as billing is active again.
